While on the way to the airport in Seoul, Japanese detective Hayase (Nagase Tomoya) chases after criminals attempting to rob a security truck. Some of the robbers manage to escape, so Hayase must stay in Seoul to help identify the escaped robbers. He teams up with Korean detective Yeong Choi when the bad guys are discovered to be terrorists that kidnap Japan's Foreign Minister in order to disrupt the upcoming Asian Summit.
